What information do I need to provide?

For existing employees you already make contributions for:

    • Full name
    • Date of Birth
    • Tax File Number
    • Address
    • Super Fund Name
    • Super Fund ABN
    • Employee’s Member Number

For new employees:

How will you notify me of the contributions I need to pay?

We will email you the BPay reference number and amount to pay.  The exact amount as shown on the remittance notice must be paid.  We cannot lodge future contributions until the current lodgement amount has been paid. 

What if an employee doesn’t have a chosen super fund?

You will need to advise us of your employer nominated super fund to enable contributions for employees who have not provided you with their preferred super fund details or do not have membership with a super fund. 

Does this service include the calculation of each employee’s super contributions?

How much does it cost?

Setup fee - $88.00 (once only up front cost)

Lodgement fee - $44.00 per lodgement

No charge to add new staff who commence employment with you after the initial setup.
